What motivates you to work out and live a healthy lifestyle?
The Motivation Comes From Me Being Determines To Reach The Body Goals I’d Like To a See When I Step In Front Of A Full Body Mirror . Besides That , Working Out Is An Overall Therapeutical Hobby I Enjoy Doing For My Mental And Physical Health .
What does your workout routine look like?
For A Leg Day , I Start Off By Doing Two Sets Of Abs Workouts - Just To Get My Core Activated Because I’m Going To Need All The Core Strength When Squatting. And Then Do Two Sets Of Two Pull-ups. I Don’t Go All Out With Pull Ups Because It’s Not Back Day. Afterwards , I Start With Hamstring Workouts , then glutes , then actually squats and lunges.
What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?
Honestly, I don’t eat as healthy as everyone thinks I do. I don’t really have a diet. I just eat whatever activates my taste buds . However, I do Meal Prep. I keep it simple; mostly , sweet potatoes, chicken , broccoli, sometimes steak and a lot of eggs (only the white part , not the yellow inside)
How do you maintain your hair while working out?
I Use To Get a Lot Of Sew Ins And silk press but I stopped because I would noticed my hair would be so itchy and just awful. However, ever since, I’ve been doing crochet hairstyles and it’s been a life saver . My hair is healthily . I’m actually able to stick my finger In between and actually scratch my scalp and I can also wash my hair with the crochet curls in and dry freely. I sometimes use headbands to avoid sweat and breakage around my edges area.
What’s in your gym bag?
In my gym, I have a Nike belt for when I squat. Um, extra gym outfit just in case a accident was to happen. Spray , deodorant, lotion , my tripod to record , my per workout powder , and my headphones and charger.
What might we catch you doing outside the gym?
Outside of the gym, I’m either at work or college studying . I don’t really do much.

2. Never put your phone in your bra while working out
3. Make sure to eat your greens
4. And be confident - everyone’s body is different. I personally had to take a break from social media because I found myself constantly comparing myself to other girls Body and it was draining but since I’ve bounced back - I’ve Been So Great .
