My workout routine usually looks crazy! When my male workout partners look at what I have for us or myself to do in the gym they look at me as if I lost my mind because I completely train insane.

To stay in shape on a day to day basis I make sure I get my servings of greens, a low or high starch depending on my protein diet and red lean meat. Protein shakes I consume on a day to day basis besides the weekend when I’m usually taking a break from the gym and my business.

I’m a natural so maintaining my hair at the gym is quite simple and easy. Usually I’m either wearing a twist out, a huge puff on the top or a nice pulled back scarf.

What’s in my gym bag are my jump ropes, resistant bands and headphones. Stretching bands, my towel, gum and gym shoes. Plus containing 99,000 things of all sorts of nick nacks women can’t go without having with them in the gym lol.
