Favorite  healthy snack: Almonds, grapes, cheese (protein pack)

Favorite cheat day snack/meal: Turkey Burger & Fries (lots of ketchup)

Favorite workout song currently:  All time favorite w/o song lil Wayne Steady mobbin or anything from Jeezy Thug Motivation 🫣

What does your workout routine look like weekly?  Mondays & Friday’s are always legs and I focus on whatever needs attention that week. Our bodies change monthly so I never know week to week what I’ll target the most.



We all have those times when we are not living a fit lifestyle. How do those days look/feel for you, and what do you do to get back on track? After a vacation or weekend of partying , I usually give myself a pass to hydrate for a day or two before recommitting to my workout. That helps physically and mentally.

Hair is everything in our community, and sometimes it makes women not work out as hard. How do you style and maintain your hair while working out? I do not allow my hair to hinder my workouts , braids, wigs, weaves, ponytails I take them all to the gym lol.

What's in your gym bag? In my bag I have a jump rope , BFR bands, resistance bands, gloves , water bottle and bandaids.

Lastly, what advice would you give to another Dope Fit Chick in training that wants to be consistent and live a more fit lifestyle? I eat everything (except beef & pork) I don’t believe in diets. I think you should listen to your body . You know what causes bloat or retention, eating in moderation is the key. 1 gallon of water per day has been routine for me for years also.
