Make working out a priority
Drink plenty of water
Take sample-sized portions of rich foods
Enjoy the glass of wine but don’t overdo it
Get plenty of rest
Set aside time for yourself for self care
Give yourself grace when things don’t go as planned
Why not invite your family and friends to join you at the gym or in class. This can be a great way to spend time with family and friends and have fun while working out.
